I en videointervju med en av Sveriges ledande forskare p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det &#8211; Jesper Augustsson &#8211; diskuterar vi styrketr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r barn och ungdomar.<\/p>\n<p>Hur mycket b\u00f6r man styrketr\u00e4na? \u00c4r det direkt p\u00e5 skivst\u00e5ngen som g\u00e4ller och hur kan ledare t\u00e4nka n\u00e4r det kommer till att kombinera ordinarie idrott med styrketr\u00e4ning? Dessa \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av fr\u00e5gorna vi diskuterar i videointervjun med Jesper.
