Around 30 China experts from Asia, North America and Europe participated again in our ninth China panel.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">GDP forecasts (average): 2009: 5.8%; 2010: 7.0%; 2010q4: 7.8%. The GDP forecast for 2010 is characterized by an upward bias.
