A must to read about Brexit

Postat den 3rd maj, 2016, 08:14 av Hubert Fromlet, Ekonomihögskolan

As an exception, I do not write this time an article on my own but refer instead to a contribution by Martin Wolf in the Financial Times from April 27. This article should be a compulsory reading for each and everyone dealing with economics, management or politics – regardless if supporting the EU or not.

Having precisely come back from the UK after having got around there for almost a week I am still unable to try to predict the outcome of the forthcoming EU referendum. However, I have a feeling that the public discussion still remains too much on a unsophisticated level. And in London, the issue of the mayoral elections on May 5 and the possibility that the Labour candidate Sadiq Khan may win, seems (almost) to be an even hotter issue than the EU referendum.
